The company was initially founded in 1984 and in 1992 began trading again under the name “Midas Commercial and Industrial Foods and Beverages Distributors, Dealers and Informatics Company S.A.” with the trade name “Midas S.A.”.

The company’s term has been set at 50 years commencing from publication of its Articles of Association and the decision of the prefectural authority granting its incorporation license, and approving its Articles, in the Government Gazette.

The company’s registered offices are in the Community of Pikermi in Attica.
