Boutari Winery named “Winery of the Year” by Wine & Spirits for 16th time

Once again Boutari Winery was selected as “Winery of the Year” by New York’s leading wine publication “Wine&Spirits Magazine” for 2012.

This is the 16th time Boutari has been named a “Winery of the Year” as a result of consistent performance and highest scores in many wine tastings.

Each year the magazine’s panels and critics blind taste more than 10,000 wines to present the best wines to their readers. Wineries selected to be honoured are those whose wines have scored among the top 100 wines of the year, produced in the world’s most important wine regions.

Wine & Spirits Top 100 Tasting Event honors those wineries from around the world that delivered the best overall performances in W&S tastings throughout the year. The event will take place in San Francisco on 17th October 2012.
